Time Management workshop 2 days

Think back to last week, last month or last year.  When is the last time you sat down and listened to a song on the radio without worrying that something was not getting done?  When was the last time you took a walk in the middle of the afternoon?  When is the last time you put your feet up and just stared at a wall for 10 minutes, when is the last time you sat in a bubble bath with a good book and a glass of wine?

These are the things that you will recapture if you take this course.  We guarantee that if you follow and use all the techniques described during the workshop, you will find 3-5 hours of free time to do the things you really want to, but don’t have time for.

It takes a commitment from you.  You must be willing to change habits established over a lifetime, be willing to change your philosophy from” I have no control“ to “ I am jealous of my time and no-one takes it away without my permission” and you must realize that time management is totally attitudinal.  We ask that you do, and bring with you, a three day time log sent to you before the workshop, to help prepare yourself for a total analyzis of your work days.
